User training.
Educational Objective:
Be able to use the browser, the input and media management interfaces, to understand the indexing and search logic, as well as the workflows, transitions and pre-construction of pages. For administrators, be able to intervene or modify the application's settings.
Prerequisite:
Use of standard office tools: web browser and email tools. Have a first experience of browsing the web.

How and when to access:
Upon request to your project manager, the training can be considered in the following months (depending on whether distance or face-to-face training, workload of our teams, urgency on your side, etc.).
However, you must already be a Melody customer.
Method:
The trainees will be invited to reproduce manipulations in order to fully understand the tool and its functioning.
The trainer will then listen to and support each group. If a group encounters a difficulty, the trainer, if he/she deems it necessary, reproduces the example on the screen in order to explain how it works and propose a solution.
A digital user's manual broken down by module is available online from Melody. It describes the different screens and their use.
Evaluation methods:
Practical application during the training, the trainer is available to check each step forward. Self-evaluation at the end of the training.

Graphic administrator training.
Educational Objective:
Be able to pass on the skills to modify, customize or create a graphic charter in Melody.
Be able to optimize the parameterization of structural elements in order to increase the level of automation expected by the editorial teams.
Prerequisite:
These users have a good command of InDesign software and graphic skills.
They must also have a good understanding of how Melody works and master the logic of content management, i.e. the logical structure (XML model) of content.
They know the automation features offered by Melody, in order to analyze the request and test the expected result in the application.
Course Duration:
2 days of training.
